Dementia Support and Education for Families facing Alzheimer’s disease or other dementing illnesses.
“Endings & Beginnings” is a free six-week program that offers education and support for family members of care-facility residents who may be facing Alzheimer’s disease or other dementing illnesses. This innovative program covers a wide range of topics—from recognizing and treating our loved one’s various stages of dementia to coping with our own feelings of loss and confusion. With the proper knowledge and support, we can help our loved ones—and each other—navigate the difficult changes these illnesses bring.
