A party favorite, spinach dip is easier to make than you might think! Vista Prairie Communities took to its chefs to find their favorite recipe. Here’s what they came up with:
1 C. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (1.8 oz.) package dry leek soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (1 pound) loaf round sourdough bread
In medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, leak soup mix, water chestnuts and chopped spinach. Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
Remove top and interior of bread. Fill with mayonnaise mixture. Tear removed breadcrumbs into pieces for dipping. Enjoy!
