Vista Prairie Communities Names New Executive Director Of Goldfinch Estates

Vista Prairie Communities (VPC), a nonprofit provider of assisted living, independent living, memory care and care suites in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Ohio, has promoted Mandy Farrow to lead Goldfinch Estates Senior Living Community, 850 Goldfinch Street in Fairmont, as its Executive Director. Mandy succeeds Pamela Rubis, who is retiring on August 2.

Mandy joined Goldfinch Estates as its business office manager a year ago, with a diverse background in business ownership/management and education. She served in the Granada Huntley and Maple River school systems as a business and technology teacher. Mandy obtained her Master’s in Education from Winona State University. Her undergraduate degree in business management is from the University of Minnesota at Crookston.
