“Windmill Ponds was a wonderful home for my mom the last two years of her life! She had her independence and a lovely spacious apartment. There were always activities that she could participate in throughout the week. There are kind, caring, and compassionate staff, who were always encouraging residents. She made many new and wonderful friends there, who I continue to enjoy visiting. As she needed more help it was readily available. The community was extremely well maintained, clean and beautiful. Lots of common gathering areas throughout the community. It felt very home-y with the patios, fireplaces, bricks, colors, flowers and residents actively around the community enjoying their home. Plus, it’s owned and managed by a nonprofit organization in Minnesota which is nice.
