Vista Prairie at Garnette Gardens is a non-profit community that provides Assisted Living, Memory Care Support, and Care Suites services in a conveniently located and beautiful residential neighborhood. Along with our 24-hour staff that are more like family, we provide transportation to and from your medical appointments and all locations in Redwood Falls on select days.
