A Step Ahead: Fall Prevention
Friday, November 6 at 10 am.
Join us for a free, informative presentation led by board-certified physical therapists Alice Johnson, DPT, GCS (Geriatrics) and Shannon Barie, PT, OCS (Orthopedics) from Allina Health!
Every senior that attends can participate in a screening for balance, fall risk, and strength. Alice and Shannon will also provide insight on how to appropriately select exercises and weights and will assist with goal setting.
