Eileen has nearly 35 years of leadership experience in senior living, bringing with her a strong commitment to resident-centered care and a passion for building thriving, connected communities.
 
Throughout Eileen’s career, she has served residents with excellence, compassion, and integrity. Her professionalism and deep understanding of senior living will bring valuable insight and energy to the community, helping Vista Prairie to continue its mission of compassionate care in joy-filled environments. Eileen’s proven leadership in a variety of senior living settings, combined with a strong insight into fostering a supportive, engaging, and joy-filled environment for older adults, ensures a seamless alignment with Vista Prairie’s AspireTM lifestyle and person-centered care approach.
 

Eileen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
