Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds is a non-profit community that provides Independence Plus, Assisted Living, Memory Care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias as well as Care Suites for those needing more complex care services, conveniently located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Along with our 24-hour staff that are more like family, we provide transportation to and from your scheduled outings to enjoy more of life outside of our community.
